Elddis Sales and Aftersales Support for Discover Leisure Customers

Further to the recent announcement that Discover Leisure is in administration, Elddis can confirm the choices available to existing Discover Leisure Customers for all their aftersales requirements (including Parts, Servicing and Warranty) as well as for future sales enquiries.

As part of our Elddis Customer Care Charter, any existing Discover Leisure Customer is entitled to select their nearest approved Elddis Retailer from those available in their postcode area. The 'Find a Retailer' tool on the Elddis website locates the Customer's five nearest approved Retailers and Service Centres. Any Customer who would like to talk to Elddis regarding their options should contact our Customer Service Team on 01207 699 000.

Any ongoing sales issues should still be addressed to the official administrator KPMG on their dedicated hotline number: 0845 61 71 490.

Elddis would like to take this opportunity to assure Customers that this development is in no way indicative of the state of the leisure vehicle industry as a whole. Elddis itself is currently experiencing buoyant sales and in particular, despite difficult these economic times, has seen a record rise in sales of our £25K-plus touring caravan models.

We are also the only Manufacturer to announce a 2012 Season Price Freeze on all of our products and are confident that this further strengthens our position and growing market share.
